Less stress on you! Water, pest control, garbage, and sewage are included in the monthly rent payments.
Every unit is wired for wifi/internet, electricity, cable, and alarm systems. Contact the utility company that services your area for scheduling the connection.
Maintenance Policy

Sometimes things need to be repaired or replaced. If it is at no fault of the resident and their guests, there is no charge.
If a repair or replacement needs to occur due to the negligence of the resident and their guests, fees will be assessed and billed to the resident. Payment must be made within 15 days or can be bank drafted during the next month’s rental payment.
MAINTENANCE FORM
Payment Policy

Personal checks are NOT accepted for monthly rent payments or security deposits. The security deposit is equal to the first month’s rent and can be paid with a cashier’s check or money order. Monthly rent is payable via ACH bank draft.
Some may qualify for a security deposit payment plan.
Pet Policy

No pets are allowed inside any of the VAEL properties.
This policy applies to all residents, visitors, contractors, and anyone else on the premises of VAEL properties. Anyone in violation of this policy could incur fines in the amount of $250 to $500 on each occurrence.
Renter's Insurance

We highly recommend each resident get an insurance policy. This protects you in the event your property is stolen, lost, or damaged.
Renter’s insurance is far less expensive than homeowner’s insurance; premiums usually range between $10 to $30 per month.
Smoking Policy
